DIAMOND PACKAGE
The Diamond package is for the bride and groom that need a wedding planner to walk them through every step of the wedding planning process. This package is ideal for the busy couple who wants a custom-made wedding that reflects their own unique style and taste, yet desires the most stress-free planning experience possible.
– Initial consultation to discuss and design your storybook wedding
– Six planning appointments in person, phone, Skype or FaceTime
– Unlimited consultations by email and phone
– Budget planning and tracking
– Create wedding expense sheet
– Create a personalized task list for the bride and groom
– Provide a list of suggested professional vendors within your budget style
– Assistance with selecting the venue, color scheme, theme and style of wedding
– Advice on etiquette and protocol
– Discuss and evaluate vendor contracts
– Assist with selection of menu items for cocktail hour and reception
– Assist with the wedding ceremony program
– Create itineraries and contact information for vendors

– Four planning sessions in person, phone, Skype or Face Time
– Unlimited consultations via email and phone
– Provide a detailed timeline for all contracted vendors and for the bridal party
– Contact all vendors to establish An Exquisite Affair as the point of contact and confirm all arrangements, delivery times etc.
– Oversee ceremony and reception set-up and clean-up
– Assist wedding party on wedding day as needed
– Coordinate the reception timeline (toasts, dinner service and special dances)
– Be on-site during set-up and for deliveries to ensure timeliness and accuracy
– Assist with any decorating and last minute placement details
